Responsibilities
- 1- Monitoring the operation of computers and their accessories and installing software
- 2- Diagnosing computer hardware and software malfunctions and performing maintenance on them
- 3- Developing and updating computer hardware and software
- 4- Maintenance of computer accessories such as printers, scanners, etc.
- 5- Follow up on external maintenance work, such as installing and maintaining monitoring and alarm systems and networks at the client
- 6- Coordinating with the maintenance manager to carry out some maintenance requests if necessary and prepare the necessary reports
- 7- Conducting preventive and periodic maintenance operations
- 8- Providing technical support to computer users
- 9- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of safety and information security procedures
- 10- Participate in training users within the rest of the departments on the use of devices and methods of modern technologies
- 11- Preparing reports on maintenance operations and providing recommendations for possible solutions
- 12- Submitting proposals and recommendations that contribute to developing work within the department
- 13- Providing technical support for website management
- 14- Any tasks assigned to him by his administration that are related to his specialty
Must Have
- 1- University degree in computers, communications or electronics
- 2- At least two years of experience in the same field
