Responsibilities

  • 1- Preparing the company’s human resources manual and policies and their implementation procedures. 
  • 2- Planning and preparing policies for attracting and managing human resources in the company.
  • 3- Managing employees’ files with regard to recruitment, training, insurance, monitoring working hours, departures, leave balances, termination of services, and compensation. 
  • 4- Implementing the instructions and procedures approved and issued by the company and the internal system. 
  • 5- Receiving new employees and introducing them to the company, its systems, instructions, and work facilities. 
  • 6- Preparing and following up on recruitment advertisements, and preparing files and job applications for the relevant committees, attached with the recruitment instructions and procedures approved by the company.
  • 7- Managing the human resources system approved in the company, keeping it updated, and preparing the necessary reports and statistics for the administrative and technical levels with specialization in the company.
  • 8- Implementing studies in the field of salaries, procedures and evaluation results of employees’ performance and providing recommendations. 
  • 9- Preparing the monthly payroll for all employees in the company. 
  • 10- Introducing employees to the duties assigned to them during their work in the company. 
  • 11- Leading the company’s efforts in planning and implementing the human resources development plan and determining career paths for employees. 
  • 12- Participating in training employees or recommending their assignment to training courses. 
  • 13- Coordination with the responsible authorities in the company on all issues related to employees.
  • 14- Planning, development and implementation (mechanisms for evaluating the performance of employees in the company).
  • 15- Documentation of all legal documents, regulations, instructions and decisions issued by the competent authorities in the company and amendments issued by the competent judicial authorities.

Must Have

  • 1- A university degree in human resources management, accounting, or business administration 
  • 2- At least 3 years of experience in the same field

Professional abilities and skills:

  • 1- High ability to plan and develop policies. 
  • 2- Good knowledge of the labor law within the company and its organizational and administrative mechanism.
  • 3- Good knowledge of the English language. 
  • 4- Good skill in coordination, organization, follow-up and preparation of reports.
  • 5- Skill in using computers and the English language.
  • 6- Ability to manage crises 
  • 7- Effective leadership and supervision 
  • 8- High ability to make decisions and solve problems
