Responsibilities

  • - Provide customized demos according to customer needs
  • - Receiving all inquiries and complaints received from customers and responding quickly to them
  • - Implementing sales and customer service policies and instructions approved by the sales official
  • - The ability to clearly understand the nature of the company’s work and identify its products accurately 
  • - Dealing well with customers in a way that suits the nature of their desires and purchasing trends and what befits the company’s position
  • - Writing a daily report to show the work and communications that have been accomplished 
  • - Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify leads
  • - Analyze and understand customer needs, activities, challenges and weaknesses of the opportunities presented
  • - Provide customized quotes and negotiate contract terms
  • - Follow up on after-sales service and constant communication with customers and respond to their requirements

Must Have

  • - Intermediate institute specializing in business administration - commerce - economics or a university degree
  • - At least one year of work experience in the same or related field.

Professional abilities and skills:

  • - Save and recall documents and documents 
  • - Dealing with computers
  • - Good handling of printing, photocopying and fax machines
  • - Effective communication skills and delivering information to specialists and non-specialists
  • - The ability to handle more than one task at the same time without confusion
