Responsibilities
- Facilitating the task of visitors and reviewers.
Printing official reports and books. - Follow up on incoming and outgoing official letters and any procedures taken regarding them in the department.
- Receiving, requesting and transferring phone calls.
- Open files as needed, number them, and save their contents accordingly.
- Entering all data related to employees into the computer and providing information and reports about employees.
- Follow up on employee work hours and submit monthly reports on delays in daily work hours.
- Carrying out all work related to employee vacations.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of work, reports, files and the nature of their contents.
- Deliver the required files to those concerned upon request and return them to their places immediately upon completion of their use and according to the directives of her direct superior.
- Carrying out any other work assigned by the department head.
Must Have
- 1- Intermediate institute certificate or university degree
- 2- At least one year of experience in the same field or a related field.
Professional abilities and skills:
- 1. Good skill in using Ms Office and its applications.
- 2. Good knowledge of the English language.
- 3. Good skill in using office machines.
- 4. Speed in typing in Arabic and English.
- 5. Organizational and archival skills.
